Visualization
We utilize 3D modeling from the very beginning of our projects, so our clients can fully visualize their projects. No more need to interpret black and white blueprints. We use the latest technology to ensure the most effective communication between clients and consultants throughout our projects.

The designers

Visionary, detail-oriented, approachable, confident, honest. Fernando’s portfolio includes residential, hospitality, retail, education, and commercial projects across North America, South America and Asia. His passion is innovative design, and he especially enjoys building custom homes. Fernando is always looking for cutting-edge technology to elevate his design process. He is involved in all stages of his projects: from schematic design to construction. He always makes his clients his top priority, and they appreciate his commitment to understanding their needs and translating them into projects that exceed their expectations. Nothing pleases him more than hearing his clients say “it’s even better than I imagined.”

Creative, enthusiastic, cooperative, strategic thinking. Humberto has experience with a wide variety of projects in North America and Central America. His work spans hospitality, commercial, educational, and public safety industries. He is particularly skilled at shepherding rough ideas from early concept drawings and sketches to fully-formed construction documents. Humberto is also an outstanding project manager, working well with consultants and teams to execute work plans, keep projects on schedule and budget, and delivering a final result that exceeds his clients’ expectations.
